Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more after discounts (shipping and tax are not counted). Below that it is a flat $12.

Orders leave China within three to five business days, and the journey takes another one to three weeks depending on where you are. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Nothing is added at checkout for duty or tax in these countries, and nothing is owed on delivery.

Returns

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, and the full amount goes back the same day. Once it has a tracking number it is on its way from China and we cannot cancel it or refund it.

After it arrives you have 30 days to ask for a different size in the same style and colour. Email us with your order number, the size you have and the size you need.

Keep the one you have: there is nothing to send back. We send the new size for a flat $12 shipping, one piece per order and up to twice in any 12 months. If the size you need is sold out, you can wait for it or have that piece refunded in full.

Anything faulty, damaged or not what was described is refunded in full, and you never have to send it anywhere.
