Who we are

This site is operated by Shenzhen Zhongrui Kechuang Services Co., Ltd., a company registered in mainland China, which sells Royal Family menswear made by Zhongshan Xiahu Shijia Clothing Co., Ltd. in its own factories in China. You can reach us at support@royalfamilymen.com.

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept the version of these terms published on this page at that moment.

Orders and acceptance

Everything on this site is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists only when we send you a shipping confirmation email; the order confirmation you get straight after checkout is a receipt of your order, not acceptance of it.

We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot ship to your address, or if the payment fails a fraud check.

Prices and currency

Our prices are set in US dollars. If you choose to view the site in another currency, the prices shown are converted for convenience. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment is taken through PayPal. We never see your card details. The amount charged is the total shown on the checkout page.

Taxes and import duty

Parcels ship from mainland China to the countries we sell to: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Nothing is added at checkout for import duty or tax, and nothing is owed on delivery: the price you pay at checkout is the whole cost.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times quoted on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and carrier backlogs are outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you gave us. Please check the address at checkout: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the country, and an undeliverable parcel caused by a wrong address is treated as a return.

Returns and refunds

Our return window, condition requirements and refund timings are on the shipping & returns page, and they form part of these terms.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you additionally have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Nothing in these terms reduces that right, or any other right your local consumer law gives you — including the right to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Product descriptions and colour

We describe fabric composition, yarn count, weight and finishing as accurately as we can, and measurements are taken from real garments. Garment measurements carry a normal production tolerance of about 1–2 cm.

Colours are photographed under controlled light, but screens differ and no photograph is an exact match for the cloth in your hand. A colour that is not what you expected is not a fault.

Intellectual property

The Royal Family name and logo, the photography, the copy and the design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may look at the site and print pages for your own use. You may not copy our photography or text for commercial use, resell our content, or use our trade marks, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, to probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or to buy for resale without a written agreement. We may suspend an account or refuse service if any of that happens.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for loss that follows foreseeably from our breach of these terms. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded — and if you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Force majeure

We are not in breach of these terms if we are delayed or prevented by something outside our reasonable control: natural disaster, war, epidemic, strike, port or customs closure, carrier failure, large-scale network or power outage, or an act of government. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we refund you in full.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are to be brought before the courts of the People's Republic of China.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Severability and changes

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the effective date at the top of this page tells you which that is.
